We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in IT consulting and services.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Utilize your extensive network to identify and secure new business opportunities within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors. Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, staying informed about client needs and tailoring our solutions to address their challenges.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall team performance.
  • Strategic Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting and services with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Network: Established and influential connections within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT consulting and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous.
