About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a KAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth with key customers across the country.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement strategic account plans for key customers, aligning with our company's business objectives and strategy.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact and delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform your strategies and recommendations.
  • Lead Trade Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with key customers on trading terms, including pricing, promotions, and contractual matters.
  • Implement Promotions: Develop and execute promotion plans, collaborating with the Shopper Marketing team to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.
  • Maintain Strong Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Drive Business Growth: Deliver outstanding results, driving business growth and increasing revenue through effective account management and strategic planning.
