We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and smooth execution.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing the company to customers, interpreting their needs, and translating them into actionable project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Representation: Represent the company to customers, interpreting their needs and translating them into actionable project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control on project schedules, plans, and personnel performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Design Review: Organize and conduct both internal and external design review meetings to ensure alignment on project specifications and objectives.
  • Timeline Management: Collaborate with customers and production teams to set realistic timelines and commitments, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress through meetings and reports, and support engineering design evaluations for continuous improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
