In this role as an Assistant Manager – Corporate Operations, you will play a critical part in supporting the efficient functioning of our corporate operations team at Holiday Tours. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional service will make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

Main Accountabilities
  • Support the development and implementation of effective processes to ensure seamless daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business results and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, informing decision-making and driving business growth.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Certificate or Diploma in Ticketing / IATA / Travel / Tourism / Hospitality.
  3. Minimum 5 to 7 years' work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, with a focus on driving business results.
