We are currently looking for a skilled Medical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital procurement teams to promote and sell our medical devices, surgical equipment, and disposables.
  • Product Education: Provide product demonstrations and training to medical staff, ensuring they effectively utilize our surgical devices.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct pre and postsales visits to operating theaters (OT) to support healthcare providers with product usage and address any concerns.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical procurement process.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend surgical procedures.
