We help clients navigate complex claims processes and provide timely resolutions to minimize financial burdens.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
- Manage key claims handling enquiries, ensuring accurate coverage determination and liability assessment for PL Auto express claims within authority limits.
- Effectively manage express claims within personal allocation, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development of best practice procedures for PL Auto express claims, aligning with global standards.
- Demonstrate strong competence in fraud detection and analytics, ensuring accurate claim assessments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving express claims efficiently and effectively.
- Handle internal and external complaints, including those involving the Ombudsman, in a professional and timely manner.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolutions.
- Effectively communicate key advanced express claims and portfolio messages to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain financial control through consistent reserve and transaction disciplines.
- Ensure accurate and consistent policy interpretation.
