About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Travel Business Development Lead to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and optimizing sales processes in European group travel.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales performance and expand market presence in European group travel
  2. Oversee sales pipelines, drive new business development, and optimize sales strategies
  3. Implement sales forecasts, strategic planning, and budgeting for growth
  4. Maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams
  5. Ensure seamless sales process execution and guide the team for smooth operations
  6. Conduct market research, reporting, and business planning to support objectives
  7. Participate in periodic business trips to strengthen partnerships

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Operations within the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of European destinations and group travel products
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Tourism
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams
  • Ability to strategically plan, forecast, and implement sales initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
