Key Performance Indicators
  • Accurate and timely processing of rebates and financial transactions.
  • Effective management of financial data and reporting.
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction through efficient and responsive service delivery.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
