Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational boundaries to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide Insights and Analytics: Provide insights and analytics to improve deal velocity and attain sales targets through simplification of business processes and driving operational clarity.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales Leaders, IT, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Trade Compliance, to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and Implement Business Processes: Develop and implement business processes to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 15+ Years of Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales and Distribution Operations, Business Operations functions, or Sales Support Excellence in multinational companies.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with high-tech CRM tools, such as Model N, and ERP applications, such as SAP, and other revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong executive presentation skills, ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives, and strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Business Acumen: In-depth business acumen, analytical and predictive skills based on data analytics, and ability to communicate summarized results and conclusions.
