Overview

CHAGEE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll operations for our Regional HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll operations, including salary, bonus, and incentive calculations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Coordinate with country HR teams and finance teams to gather performance data for store-level bonus and incentive calculations.
  • Calculate bonuses and incentives for each country's stores and communicate the results to respective HR teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including bonus and incentive calculations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to ensure accuracy in payroll data.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with HR and finance teams across different countries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end payroll responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
