As a key member of our Digital Investment Management team, you will be responsible for developing and communicating algorithmic investment strategies and products, recommending business strategy, and overseeing the investment team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new and enhance existing digital investment products and services
- Monitor market trends and analyze market research data to identify potential development areas for digital investment products
- Provide regular feedback to management on product requirements in the local context
- Execute digital investment product launches with projections of market size, market uptake, market share, and budgeted sales
- Produce and curate educational investment content for continuous client engagement or targeted marketing activities
- Monitor and report on investment portfolio performance (max drawdowns, return rates, etc.)
- Identify, describe, and recommend improvements to investment portfolio algorithms
- Create and maintain documentation of the algorithmic investment process for each digital investment product
- Periodic reporting to senior management/Head of Digital Investment Management/regulators on product performance
- Oversee, review, and ensure compliance to statutory requirements and all applicable policies and procedures
We are looking for a degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration & Management or related, with a valid CMSR license (module 9) and years of fund management or financial product development working experience. You should have sound knowledge of Financial Analysis, Bloomberg, Machine Learning applications, and programming languages including Python. Excellent writing and communication skills are also essential.
