**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Director to join our team at Businesslist. As a Field Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

  1. Represent Businesslist to customers face-to-face professionally and courteously.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships between customers and the company.
  3. Responsible for field sales activities within the assigned branch territory, including identifying, developing, increasing, maintaining, and servicing customer accounts.
  4. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and maintain customer accounts.
  5. Meet with customers to address issues requiring personal interaction, such as quality issues or contract negotiations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
