Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team in Malaysia. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers and partners, and driving sales activities to achieve business objectives.

LittleLives Inc is a fast-growing SaaS company operating in the EduTech space, primarily serving over 1700 schools across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Our mission is to revolutionize early childhood education through technology and provide innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, implementing best practices and leveraging sales enablement tools and technologies.
Competencies and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysia market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, including experience participating in government tenders.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to drive sales success.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the Edutech or related industries is highly desirable.
