Hiredly X is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for assigned industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are met through Hiredly X's solutions.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the assigned sectors, expanding Hiredly X's market presence.
- Understand customer challenges and requirements, offering tailored Enterprise solutions that provide value and drive business impact.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in IT enterprise sales with a proven track record of success.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with reliability and determination.
- Strong ability to drive sales both directly with end users and through channel partners.
- Skilled in building and maintaining trust with customers and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
