  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their objectives.

SaaS Product Implementation & Customer Onboarding

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and implementation goals.
  • Develop and implement a plan to ensure seamless SaaS product implementations.
  • Manage system configurations, data migrations, API integrations, and third-party tool connections.
  • Ensure smooth go-live transitions and mitigate risks associated with system adoption.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and implementation challenges.
