Document Management Specialist Cum Office Administrator

As an Administrative Assistant Cum Document Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining an effective document control system, tracking and controlling document revisions, and ensuring all management have the latest versions. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and prepare and maintain all records and reports.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. You should also have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
