  In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective document control system, ensuring all management have the latest versions, and conducting regular audits of document control procedures. You will also provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and preparing records and reports.

Responsibilities
  
  • • Establish and maintain an effective document control system
      
    • • Track and control document revisions
        
      • • Ensure all management have the latest versions
          
      
    • • Conduct regular audits of document control procedures
        
      • • Implement improvements as needed
      
    • • Provide general administrative support
        
      • • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct callers appropriately
          
        • • Prepare and maintain all records and reports


      
Requirements
  
  • • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
      
    • • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, ideally experience in audit proceedings
  
  • • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
      
    • • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
