**The Project Executive Role**
Parkwood Holdings Berhad invites applications for a Document Control Officer position in our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of documents and drawings between departments, clients, and contractors.
- Create and maintain a document management system for easy access and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and correspondences.
- Monitor and control document circulation, storage, and disposal processes.
- Quality check documents and drawings against company standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance document management efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a related field; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
