About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at StoreHub Sdn Bhd, OneStoreHub Pte Ltd. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiencies through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leaders
  • Automate processes using Salesforce platform features such as Flow builder, Workflow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
  • Customize and configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, and validation workflows
  • Design and develop solutions using configurations and Apex / LWC within Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and implement enhancements
  • Maintain database and data records for integrity, ownership, and accuracy, including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Provide Salesforce training and user support
Requirements
  • 2 years of working experience in Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Business Analyst roles
  • Experience working with Salesforce API and general connectivity/integration with other tools such as Intercom, Aircall, and Netsuite
  • Knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills to present information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of and curiosity to stay current on industry analytical trends
