Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Access to Key Portfolios: Ensure inclusion and adoption in strategic accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical specialists and distributor sales teams to develop and execute aligned account strategies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential issues to ensure timely product availability and mitigate business risks.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on account activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales management, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts in Malaysia – Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Selayang Hospital, PPUM, SJMC Hospital.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who is customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the country (30% of time).
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
