In addition to sales, you'll need to prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers.

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Maintaining customers' credit discipline by monitoring debtors aging and following up on payment collections is essential in ensuring seamless business operations.

Delivering engaging presentations and hands-on demonstrations will be vital in securing sales.

To stay competitive, you'll need to stay current with industry trends and competitors, identifying areas for improvement or recommending new products to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

A Diploma/Certificate in a related discipline is required, with a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in sales and marketing within the construction, building materials/hardware-related field.

Candidates should be confident, aggressive, target-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills.

Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu, with an added advantage if you can converse in other dialects.

Possess own transport and be willing to travel.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, with a preference for Chinese applicants but no gender preference.

Malay candidates with relevant experience and good English are also encouraged to apply.
