**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Growth Strategist to join our team at Unilever.

The ideal candidate will have experience in channel and category development, trade marketing in the FMCG industry, with a proven ability to drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and deployment of a channel strategy for core and new products to drive profitable growth.
  2. Work cross-functionally to deliver the trade category toolkit, which outlines a 6 P strategy for each brand.
  3. Liaise with internal brand/CSP team and external agency to ensure activation plan is implemented smoothly on a regular basis.
  4. Monitor major activation planning and execution progress such as annual big bet launch event, key roadshow activation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years relevant working experience in Channel and Category Development, Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in relevant field sales or trade marketing experience.
