You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of operational excellence in import services.
Your Key Objectives- To ensure high quality shipments for import services through operational excellence.
- To support collaboration between customer care locations, sales, and systems and processes to deliver a great customer experience, supporting the development of new and existing customer targets.
- To ensure supplier relationships are created and proactively managed, ensuring delivery to service level agreements (SLAs) and global partnership rules (GPRs).
- To conduct regular conversations with direct reports to discuss and ensure traction on delivering performance and development goals.
- To conduct daily and weekly stand-up meetings with the team to identify and resolve business issues.
- To contribute as a process owner to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness and productivity.
- To ensure compliance with financial and revenue care guidelines.
- Your strong leadership skills and knowledge of the market along with carrier relationships will be key to your success.
- You will be successful in this role because of your knowledge across operations, products, and services, and because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
