Administrative Support Officer

We are Carriera (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy), a professional firm providing corporate secretarial services to our clients. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Company Secretarial Assistant.

About the Role:
- Assist in the incorporation of companies and advise on banking, shareholding structure, and law compliance matters.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory documents.
- Submit statutory forms, annual returns, and other forms to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS, and other SSM portals.
- Maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
- Liaise with SSM officers, bankers, and lawyers as necessary.
- Handle correspondence related to secretarial matters.
- Undertake other administrative work as required.
