Administrative Support Professional

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating business opportunity programs and events to maximize productivity and recruitment
- Providing event day support, including registration, backend operations, award preparation, etc.
- Tracking attendance records and conducting post-event analysis
- Updating agency movement, including agent elevation, delegation, termination, resignation, etc.
- Producing reports and analysis requests based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and agreed turn-around-time
- Reviewing and maintaining agency contracts to ensure accurate information
- Processing payment for agency and staff claims
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and/or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in Admin / Sales Support / Operations or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
