  • Administrative Support Specialist - Talent Acquisition and Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates (if applicable).
  • Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates (MCs).
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs, organise learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
  • Support workforce planning and collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.
  • Improve workplace culture and diversity initiatives.
  • Implement HR technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Support organisational restructuring and change management.
  • Attend management meetings to discuss HR strategies.

Requirements:



  • Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
  • Fresh graduates with the relevant degree or diploma are welcome to apply.
