Executive Customer Support Specialist

Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Customer Service Executive to deliver top-notch customer service and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include handling incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate product/service information, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in a customer service role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are also necessary.
- This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations in a timely manner.
