We are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the maritime industry.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and we are seeking a highly skilled Support Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and support, particularly in a team lead role or as a level 2 application support specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the support team to ensure that support SLA and KPIs are met.
- Drive goals and ensure that customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively identify improvement/enhancement opportunities and share ideas for innovation in business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years' experience in customer service and support, particularly in a team lead role or as a level 2 application support specialist.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Knowledge of the maritime industry is an advantage.
