TDCX Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled Support Team Lead to join our team.

  • As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing exceptional support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
  • You will identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
  • You will also provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
