Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced payroll professional to join our team at activpayroll. As a key member of our APAC operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our in-country partners to ensure timely and accurate client payrolls.
  • End-to-end processing of Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the payroll process.
  • You will coordinate and control data flows and exchanges as per the agreed payroll calendar, set up new clients, and serve as the focal point for any queries related to their payroll requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date systems and tools, preparing payroll calendars, checklists, and data sheets, and ensuring we have the most current information are essential duties.
  • You will host client calls to guarantee on-time service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement in our processes.
  • Preparing monthly governance reports by client and by country, ensuring accurate completion of all monthly paperwork on time, is another critical responsibility.
