Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that products meet or exceed yield, quality, and timeline commitments.
  2. Investigate, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysis.
  3. Develop, analyze, and optimize test flows in partnership with the Test and Probe team.
  4. Protect customer satisfaction by collaborating with Quality Assurance to address customer returns.
  5. Conduct risk assessments on materials not meeting quality metrics.
  6. Monitor yields and verify that yields meet projections.
  7. Ensure that silicon meets product expectations.
  8. Prioritize and identify opportunities for efficiency and technical improvements.

Technical Expertise:

  1. Familiarity with DRAM operations and applications such as solid-state drives (SSDs) and dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs).
  2. Knowledge of logic gates and transistor operations.
  3. Understanding of semiconductor processes.
