Business Development Manager for Japanese Market Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the expansion of our retail Forex and CFDs trading platform in Japan. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share in this key region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Japanese market.
- Cultivate high-value client relationships and engage with Introducing Brokers (IB).
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
- Existing client and IB list required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Japanese financial markets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication in English and Japanese is essential.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
