We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Coordinate detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with strategic projects, track progress, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Oversee office operations and coordinate with departments for smooth processes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the MD professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management or C-level execs.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport for meetings, errands, or work travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Accuracy is key, especially with confidential info and reports.
  • Proactive thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
