Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize inventory management processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date item master data in the ERP system.
  • Perform routine system updates, including stock adjustments, assemblies, and transfers, to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Lead purchasing initiatives to negotiate favorable terms and reduce costs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with 3PL vendors to design and implement efficient logistics solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and shipment processes.
  • Process financial transactions, including credit and debit notes, with precision and speed.
  • Verify and approve documentation, including GR documents, to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the factory to address quality-related concerns.
