Non-Biddable Media Executive

Job Title: Non-Biddable Executive
Location: Singapore & Malaysia
Reports to: Manager/Senior manager non-biddable
About the Role:
This role is responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns that reach millions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will work alongside top media strategists to gain insider knowledge on how global campaigns are executed and develop critical negotiation skills by working with leading media vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute Non-Biddable traditional & digital campaigns (TV, Non-TV, Digital) for assigned GroupM clients.
- Create and review media schedules using the media operating system.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report offline media performance.
- Coordinate data tracking for weekly performance monitoring.
- Oversee campaign material requirements, ensuring timely vendor delivery.
- Ensure adherence to best-in-class campaign operations processes.
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Learn and apply new tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with media vendors, owners, and ad tech partners.
- Provide insights for mid/post-campaign reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Liaise with finance on client invoicing and vendor payments.
