Administrative Director

**Job Summary:**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team at Southern University College. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily operations in the Planning, Development, Accreditation & Quality Assurance Office (PDAQ).
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience and possess excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sources information and compiles documents for submission to MQA and MOHE for approval.
- Ensures continuous quality assurance compliance for all programs.
- Accomplishes correspondences, file, and records management.
- Updates administrative information and follows up on submissions.
- Conducts research for curriculum development programs and supervises government authorities' visitation.
- Performs additional tasks appointed by Management and receives training as needed.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin is essential.
- Excellent professional communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Fast response to ad-hoc situations and preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
