About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive.

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, pharmacies, and key accounts.
  • Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market coverage, ensuring proper product distribution, shelf placement, and in-store visibility.
  • You will also be responsible for executing promotional plans and trade marketing strategies to drive sell-through and brand awareness.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail industry.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Neutrovis products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
  • Ensure proper product distribution, shelf placement, and in-store visibility.
  • Execute promotional plans and trade marketing strategies to drive sell-through and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights for business growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, modern trade, and general trade channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories and possess a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
