Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:- Bid management and negotiation to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to clients while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and up-to-date market insights.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings and developments in the logistics market.
- Support the development of the sales strategy and contribute to its implementation.
- Perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or a related field (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global team environment with minimal supervision.
- Must possess your own transport.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
