Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with our clients.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers using our client's website shopping channel, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded in every interaction.
Your attitude and behavior will greatly impact how our client is perceived by its customers, so it's essential that you maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities- Provide timely support to customers through inbound phone calls and email channels
- Process payments and confidential client information with precision and care
- Proactively identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels as needed
- Maintain and improve quality of service by sharing suggestions and recommendations with the team
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Support customers to place online orders with our client
- Work harmoniously with other team members to identify better ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Keep job knowledge and skills up to date by attending training and continuously learning
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months work experience in customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
