The Customer Success Specialist plays a vital role in representing the client's brand, culture, and values to customers. This position demands a professional attitude, empathy, and positive communication skills at all times.
Responsibilities:
The CSS is responsible for providing timely support to customers through various communication channels. They must process payments and confidential client information with precision, safeguarding customers' personal and financial data.
Key Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma equivalent in any discipline is required. The candidate must possess B2 level English Language proficiency and a minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support. Call centre experience is a distinct advantage.
Interpersonal Skills:
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service orientation, customer results/solutions focus, and active listening skills. They must be able to handle queries and objections professionally, demonstrate critical thinking, and exhibit a proactive attitude.
