The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and communication skills. They will be able to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Field inbound calls and exhibit excellent sales and customer experience behaviors throughout the interaction.
  2. Take a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs and forming solutions that drive business success.
  3. Offer resolution within our scope of support, providing direction for third-party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution as appropriate.
  4. Troubleshoot client products as needed to resolve each call on the first attempt.
  5. Meet key performance metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension).
  • Minimum 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry.
