About the Job:
As a Client Success Strategist at iWISERS, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on handling client communications, resolving issues, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their business objectives. Your excellent communication, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills will be essential in delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Handle client communications, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to clients, drive growth, and increase revenue
- Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination, including task status follow-up and update reports
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge: Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Education: BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
