About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support via inbound calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding financial products and services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve quality targets and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma holder with relevant experience in Contact Centre or Consumer Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and meeting quality targets.
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotations (24/7) including Public Holidays.
