Key Responsibilities
  • To handle inbound calls and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification in any field; or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Contact Centre and/or Consumer Financial Services (Banking).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on shift rotations (24/7) including Public Holidays.
