Multilingual Contact Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at Shangri-La Shared Services Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally diversified organization known for its high standards of values, ethics and work culture.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service in Mandarin and Cantonese to our global customers. This includes:
- Conversing and writing in Mandarin & Cantonese to serve respective market and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage
The job requirements include:
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
- Preferably min 1 year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Open to Malaysians only
