Medical Sales Executive

UMediC Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our globally established branded biomedical devices within assigned coverage areas/accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report to the Sales Team Leader/Manager and achieve pre-set targets/KPIs.
  2. Responsible for sales and marketing of biomedical devices, meeting different stakeholders in healthcare institutions, and building rapport with them.
  3. Generate sales leads, involve in quotations, proposals, and tenders, and conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and user training of medical devices when necessary.
  4. Stay updated on new developments in the field to provide competitive information and hand over medical devices to customers upon delivery.
  5. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  2. Must have own car and laptop.
  3. Willingness to travel is essential.
  4. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in biomedical, engineering, or physics are encouraged to apply.
  5. Ability to build rapport with others, goal-focused behavior in schedule planning, and good listening and solution-providing skills.
