Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to design, develop, and deploy in-house systems (MES) that meet the needs of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production system (MES) stability, operation, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy in-house systems (MES) that meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
  2. Manage the production system (MES) stability, operation, security, and scalability.
  3. Collaborate with the business unit to select appropriate design solutions to ensure the compatibility of system components (MES).
  4. Responsible for data collection, cleaning, sorting, extraction, and statistics.
  5. Work closely with business analysts to analyze mining models and algorithms to achieve software goals.
  6. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
  7. Understand user needs and expectations for system function.
  8. Conduct user training, guidance, and prepare system documentation.
  9. Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.
  10. Ensure the MES Database has data integrity.
Requirements:
  1. Very strong knowledge in programming skills (.Net, C#, ASP.NET, OOP, SOA) and database skills (MSSQL and T-SQL).
  2. Familiarity with MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS & SSRS).
  3. Good programming reporting skills.
  4. Knowledge in label printing and design (Zebra Printer).
  5. Database server management knowledge.
  6. Knowledge in Zebra Printer.
  7. Knowledge in machine interface using I/O Cards.
  8. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  9. At least 3 years of working experience in the EMS industry/manufacturing or related field is required for this position.
