We are looking for a seasoned Partnership Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Swivelt Pte. Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our partnership program, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
As a critical member of the Partnership Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies, promote best practices, and implement process improvements.
Main Objectives:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve partner acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
