About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Ultima Markets. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Fintech and Forex markets.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with clients to retain and acquire new prospects.
- Stay up-to-date on financial market trends and discuss them with clients in an articulate manner.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate partnerships to ensure they are commercially viable and beneficial for the company.
- Execute company planning and perform other duties assigned by management.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, or fresh graduates with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or Financial Industry is preferred.
- Ambition and a hunger for sales success.
