Your Role in Our Partner Network
The Channel Partnerships team in Malaysia is seeking a strategic, data-driven Channel Partnerships Manager to support our Malaysia Partnerships team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our partner relationships across three core industries: Accounting, Start-ups & Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Airwallex ambassadors and strategic partners, focusing on e-commerce, accounting, and start-up spaces.
- Manage all aspects of acquiring and managing Airwallex partnerships, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration, onboarding, and ongoing management/activation.
- Drive revenue growth through referrals from your partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.
- Build trust and credibility with partners to drive long-term success.
- Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to strengthen our partner network.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in partnership, sales, marketing, or business development with 3+ years of experience.
- Negotiation and partnership proposal development skills are highly valued.
- Strategy/ops or tech/fast-growing start-up experience is an asset.
- Established relationships/strong network with referral partners in accounting, technology, e-commerce, or start-ups are a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills in English; Chinese is a nice-to-have.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
